3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to revise prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment Options: You can pay securely through online payment (Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets) or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation (except COD orders).

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing error, or payment issues.
  • Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with Rehbar Post for reliable nationwide delivery.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or incorrect address details.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged, leaked, or defective.
If this occurs:

  • You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please provide an image or video proof of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for select pin codes and order values.
  • Please ensure you are available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to suspension of your COD privileges on future orders.
  • Kindly keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
