If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

    • The damaged or incorrect product
    • The outer packaging

  • For Online Payments, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days.
